City of Rochester authorized to execute Limited Use Permit No. 5509-0048 with the Minnesota Department of Transportation, effective through February 1, 2035. This permit replaces existing LUP No. 5509-002 for Trunk Highway 63, enabling maintenance and use for a nonmotorized trail.
