Project Approvals and Infrastructure Development

Bids are being solicited for the construction of the Lily Pond Park Improvement project, which includes removing asphalt pavement, site grading, excavation, aggregate base, asphalt paving, valley gutter installation, limestone aggregate for trails, painting/striping for courts, basketball hoop, tennis net and posts, concrete maintenance strip for fence, chain link fence, concrete, erosion control, seeding, parking lot striping, fence enclosure, and perennials.

Bids are being received for the 2026 Microsurface & Striping project in Otsego, Minnesota. The project includes microsurfacing with bituminous material and traffic control, as well as striping with yellow and white paint, and crosswalk markings.

Bids are being accepted for the construction of the 2026 Otsego Mill & Overlay and Striping Project. The project includes bituminous material for tack coat, mill bituminous surface, type SP 9.5 wearing course mixture, traffic control, shoulder base salvaged millings, and pavement markings (yellow and white lines).

The City of Otsego is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) organizations for pre-construction and construction phase services for the Otsego South Central Water Treatment project. The project involves constructing a water treatment facility with a capacity of 2,700 gpm, expandable to 4,500 gpm, including a clearwell, site improvements, and related work. The estimated contract price is between $25 million and $30 million, with an expected construction start in August 2026 and substantial completion in December 2028.

Citygate Associates, LLC proposes to assist the City of Otsego with an implementation plan to establish its new fire services. The proposal outlines the services Citygate will provide, including expert advice, cost and budgeting review, personnel additions review, and implementation planning. The estimated total cost for this study is $30,000.

The project includes the construction of a new prefabricated building for electrical equipment, a new concrete pad, generator, and fencing, and modifications to the access driveway and various civil improvements for the Martin Farms Lift Station.

Bids are being sought for the construction of the OTSEGO 2025 Parrish Avenue Trail Improvement Project. The project includes removal of bit pavement, culvert, aggregate base, truncated domes, wearing course, excavation, embankment, traffic control, silt fence, turf establishment, storm sewer connection, CMP aprons and pipe, RCP aprons and culvert, and concrete work.

Bids for the construction of the Otsego 2025 80th Street Trail Improvement project, including removal of bit pavement, culvert, concrete curb and gutter, aggregate base, wearing course mixture, common excavation and embankment, traffic control, silt fence, seeding, casting assembly, storm drain inlet protection, connecting to existing storm sewer, RCP apron and culvert, and concrete.

Seeks bids for the construction of Otsego Well No. 12, which includes drilling a new public water supply well, installing raw watermain, and a flushing hydrant. The project also requires well capacity and aquifer pumping tests, and water analyses.
