Pacific Coast Highway Upgrades Application Considered

The city is considering an application to install 19 new guardrails, 22 new or upgraded curb ramps, 6,956 linear feet of new sidewalks, three new retaining walls, two realigned intersections, 42 new light poles, 15 miles of new or upgraded bike lanes, a new California Highway Patrol pull-out, median reconstruction at various locations, and associated roadway improvements along Pacific Coast Highway. This is continued from the September 15, 2025 meeting.
