Carver County Attorney's Office shall prosecute statutory gross misdemeanor, misdemeanor, petty misdemeanor violations and municipal traffic and parking ordinance violations occurring within the jurisdiction of the municipality and within Carver County. The City of Chaska will pay the amount of $43,419.49.
