Barry County is seeking proposals from Certified Grant Administrators for management and third-party administrative (TPA) services for a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funded MI Neighborhood Grant. The TPA will manage program implementation, compliance, and reporting.

Barry County is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to operate one single-day household hazardous waste collection event per year for three years (2026, 2027, 2028). The event will be held at the Barry County Expo Center and will collect household hazardous waste materials from residents.

Barry County is soliciting bids for the Shallow Lake Drain project, which includes the removal and replacement of driveway culverts and driveway restoration. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for October 8th, 2025.

Barry County Trial Court is seeking proposals for contracts to provide Cognitive Group Therapy for females and Cognitive Group Therapy for males. Services are for adults under court supervision and on probation. Programming is grant funded and must adhere to grant requirements. Proposals can be submitted for various scenarios regarding staff, location, and supplies. The contract holder may be required to testify in court. The Office of Community Corrections and Adult Specialty Courts does not guarantee a minimum number of referrals.

Barry County Trial Court is seeking proposals for a drug testing program to provide services for participants under court supervision and on probation. Services include observed urine sample collection, oral/saliva and breath testing, and other means of alcohol and drug testing. Testing must be random, including holidays and weekends, at least 3 days per week, with both male and female technicians available. The contract includes interpreting results, maintaining chain-of-custody, sending samples for lab testing, and coordinating with court staff. Proposals can be submitted for various scenarios regarding staff, location, and supplies.
