SUMMARY
Worcester County is soliciting bids for HVAC and electrical improvements at the Riddle Farm Water Treatment Plant (WTP). The mechanical scope includes the installation of Quest 746 high-capacity dehumidifiers, J&D Manufacturing exhaust fans with JD26Plus controllers, Greenheck drainable blade louvers with motorized dampers, and unit heaters. Work involves mechanical demolition, new ductwork installation (galvanized sheet metal), piping for condensate drains and gas, and firestopping of penetrations. The electrical scope covers new power layouts, circuiting to panelboards P-1 and P-2, and installation of thermostats and sensors. All work must comply with the 2021 International Mechanical Code and 2017 NFPA 70. A one-year warranty on workmanship and materials is required.
