SUMMARY

The Town of Normal is seeking sealed bids for the 2026 Maintenance of Traffic Control Equipment, Highway Lighting, and Utility Locate Services. The scope of work includes the maintenance of 88 traffic signal locations, J.U.L.I.E. locate services for town-owned electrical and communication facilities, and maintenance of street lighting and electrical facilities in Uptown Normal and other locations.
