Tampa Bay Water has issued this Invitation to Bid (ITB) for the services of a qualified Contractor to provide all labor, materials, parts, equipment, tools, etc. as required for the monitoring, inspection, testing, preventative maintenance, repair, etc. of all fire alarm, smoke purge, service mains and appurtenances, sprinklers, extinguishing systems and portable fire extinguishers in a continuous operating condition at the Tampa Bay Water facilities located in the Florida counties of Hillsborough, Pasco and Pinellas as further defined in this ITB.
