14 mm Polyurethane bound layered impermeable running track surface and embedded Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer (EPDM) granules, ±5, 475 SY (Red or Black) 13mm impermeable paved mat and full pour surfacing system on the track oval, Chute, And field events, Stripe per local requirements and distance tick-marks, Remove existing track resurfacing system from field events, And dispose offsite, Construct one (1) construction entrance, Mill existing asphalt and stabilize to 12” depth, Excavate to 2" depth after stabilizing to existing grade with milled asphalt, Cement stabilize subgrade to 8" depth (treated at 6% by weight), Grade and compact to proper planarity and density, Provide and place 2” (one 2” lift) of HMAC at track oval and chutes - ±4, 608 square yards
