SUMMARY
OSU Center for Health Sciences is seeking proposals from a qualified supplier to refresh the audio-visual technology equipment at the OSUCOM-CN Tahlequah campus in the 4 Learning Labs, Gross Anatomy Lab, and Skills Lab, as well as upgrade 4 public conference rooms at Legacy Plaza in the Legacy West Tower in Tulsa, Oklahoma. A site visit will be held on Monday, Sept 21, 2026, at the Tahlequah campus and Legacy West Tower. Questions are due electronically via Q/A board no later than Monday, Sept 28, 2026, by 3:00pm CST. Bids are due electronically no later than Tuesday, Oct 13, 2026, by 3:00pm CST.
