SUMMARY
Provide comprehensive streetlight maintenance services throughout Miami-Dade County for the designated North West Zone. The work includes patrolling and maintaining designated streetlight systems along Miami-Dade County and Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) corridors, reporting system conditions, repairing and replacing streetlight components, replacing warranty items, responding to emergency outages and knockdowns, addressing urgent issues, and performing preventive maintenance. The Streetlight System consists of an estimated 4,591 streetlights, forming part of a larger system of approximately 28,500 streetlights. Requirements include Certificate of Competency as an Electrical Contractor, master electrician available within 4 hours, journeyman electrician with IMSA Roadway Lighting Level I certification, and worker's compensation and commercial general liability insurance.
