SUMMARY
Marathon County, in conjunction with the City of Wausau, is seeking redevelopment proposals for a 3.37-acre parcel containing three former government office buildings located at 210, 212, and 326 River Drive, Wausau, WI (Tax Parcel #291-2907-351-0997). The County is open to proposals for rehabilitation or demolition and new construction, and will consider both property purchase and long-term lease arrangements.
