SUMMARY
The Lucas County Department of Human Resources is looking for a qualified Consultant Firm to assist with strategic planning, designing and negotiating the best coverage and cost for the employer and our employees of Lucas County. The County will seek to contract with a firm that executes with professionalism, and can provide comprehensive data to analyze and forecast benefit budget objectives.
