SUMMARY

Lucas County invites bids for the furnishing of all equipment, personnel, labor, materials, tools, and incidentals necessary to load, haul, spread, incorporate, or otherwise properly dispose of dewatered, anaerobically digested biosolids produced at the Lucas County Water Resource Recovery Facility (WRRF).
