The scope includes review and analysis of monthly comprehensive fuel adjustment reporting, fuel purchases and usage, workpapers, financial data, and historical data; drafting discovery and responses; identifying irregularities; preparing audit reports and direct testimony; participating in meetings, conference calls, depositions, formal status conferences, pre-trial conferences, and hearings; and assisting with briefing materials and motions in contested proceedings. Proposals are due by Monday, May 4, 2026, at noon, submitted as an original hard copy, one copy, and an electronic copy to Kathryn H. Bowman at the LPSC in Baton Rouge, LA. Applicants must quote rates on an hourly basis, submit a total budget separating professional fees from direct costs, and provide a professional firm resume and plan of action.
