SUMMARY
Hendry County is soliciting proposals for an exclusive franchise to provide residential solid waste, recyclable materials, and yard trash collection services, commercial solid waste collection services, and other collection services in unincorporated Hendry County. The work includes residential curbside collection using 95-gallon toters for solid waste and 64-gallon toters for recyclable materials, serving approximately 11,322 residential units and various commercial accounts. The contract term is five years, beginning October 1, 2026, with an option to renew for one additional five-year term.
