SUMMARY
The Greater Orlando Aviation Authority is seeking qualified respondents to provide software, software licenses, materials, supplies, labor, and professional services to design, configure, implement, develop content, schedule and deliver content, operate, maintain, and support the Flight Information Display System (FIDS) Platform at Orlando International Airport. The resulting contract will have an initial term of seven years, commencing on or about June 1, 2026. The system must operate using existing components and equipment alongside new equipment provided by the aviation authority, and must support future replacements and upgrades without interruption. Respondents must be licensed to do business in the State of Florida. The submission deadline is September 3, 2026.
