SUMMARY

The Feather River Air Quality Management District (FRAQMD) is soliciting proposals for several emission-reduction grant programs in Yuba and Sutter County. Eligible projects include motor vehicle emission reduction (Blue Sky AB 2766), diesel school bus replacement and electric school bus fleet expansion (Blue Sky AB 923), zero-emission infrastructure and equipment replacement (CAP Incentives), and stationary diesel engine replacement (CHIRP). Total available funding across programs exceeds $1.4 million. A hybrid public workshop is scheduled for September 22, 2026.
