Summary
The County of Oxford invites qualified non-profit organizations to submit proposals for the creation of affordable units across the County.
Eligible projects must be multi-residential with a minimum of 15 units. A total of $3 million in capital funding is available to support the development of new affordable units, to be awarded to at least two unique projects with a maximum of $1.5 million per proposal.
