SUMMARY
The City of St. Louis Division of Corrections is requesting proposals from experienced contractors to provide temporary security services at the City Justice Center located at 200 S. Tucker Blvd. The facility has an average daily population of approximately 800 inmates. The selected vendor will provide a minimum of fifteen (15) security guards for 24-hour service, seven days a week. Duties include pedestrian and vehicle gate access control, employee and vehicle screening, perimeter patrols, alarm response, CCTV monitoring, ID badging, and traffic management.
