SUMMARY
The City of Port St. Lucie is issuing a Request for Qualifications (RFQu) to secure a licensed engineering consultant to develop a Design Criteria Package (DCP) for the SW California Corridor Improvements Project: Phase 1. The project limits extend along SW California Boulevard from St. Lucie West Boulevard to approximately 1,000 linear feet south of Crosstown Parkway. The selected firm will provide preliminary engineering documents including roadway widening, intersection and drainage improvements, swale modifications, sidewalk and landscaping design, utility adjustments, and signage/striping. Services include sub-surface utility engineering (SUE), survey, geotechnical investigation, traffic analysis, and permitting coordination to support a future Design-Build procurement. Qualifications are due by July 30, 2026, at the City's submission location.
