Summary
The City of Marco Island is seeking proposals from a qualified and appropriately certified environmental laboratory to collect surface-water samples from eighteen (18) locations, perform required water-quality analyses, prepare results reports and spreadsheets, and upload data quarterly to the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) Watershed Information Network (WIN) database.
The Contractor shall maintain applicable Florida Department of Health Environmental Laboratory Certification Program (DOH ELCP) certifications and comply with applicable FDEP requirements, including Chapters 62-160 and 62-302, F.A.C. This is a multi-year contract with an initial three (3) year term and an option to renew for one (1) additional three (3) year term. Proposals are due by November 10, 2026.
