Construction of a municipal wellhouse with exterior dimensions of 22'x22' featuring cast-in-place concrete foundation and floor, masonry block walls, trussed asphalt shingle roof, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, controls, process piping, and chemical feed system.
Installation of well pump, column piping, and pitless unit. Installation of approximately 600LF of water main piping with associated appurtenances. Site grading, CABC driveway, chain link fence with electric gate, seeding, pavement patching, sidewalk, erosion control. Water system SCADA improvements at all three wellhouses, elevated storage tank, and wastewater facility. Electrical, architectural, HVAC, plumbing and process mechanical improvements to existing wellhouses 1 & 2.
