SUMMARY
The City of Cleveland, Department of Public Utilities (DPU), Division of Water (CWD) is soliciting proposals under RFP 2026-RFP-131 for professional engineering design services for a new pump station and ground storage tank at the Pleasant Valley Pump Station and Reservoir site.
