The City of Clermont is seeking information from qualified businesses, developers, parking operators, property owners, investors, and other parking solution professionals interested in providing concepts, approaches, or potential public/private partnership opportunities for the development, financing, construction, operation, or management of public parking solutions within the City’s Community Redevelopment Area. This Request for Information is intended to help the City understand market interest, potential partnership structures, available private-sector solutions, property opportunities, financing approaches, operational models, and other ideas that may support additional public parking capacity in downtown Clermont. This RFI is for informational and planning purposes only and is not a competitive solicitation for award. The submission deadline is August 28, 2026.
