Has adequate equipment in good working condition to work properly and expeditiously; 3. Has suitable financial status to meet obligations incidental to work, and upon request, shall be prepared to furnish financial statement; 4. Has appropriate technical experience; and 5. Applicator’s license(s), if applicable.
