The project features two parallel design streams: Stream 1 covers conventional roofing replacement for sections A, D, and E (22,000 sq. ft.) with a new 2-ply modified bitumen roofing system, while Stream 2 covers RAAC roof deck removal and replacement with a new steel deck for sections B, D, and E (14,400 sq. ft.) alongside roofing materials replacement on section A (10,600 sq. ft.).
Services will follow the OAA 600-2021 standard form of contract with a targeted summer 2026 construction program.
