From the meeting
Washington-Reid Preschool Center in Manassas is slated for a $21,620,775 addition and renovation package. The scope includes a 27,185-square-foot addition, a 24,810-square-foot renovation, kitchen expansion, sprinkler and life-safety upgrades, and added parking and fire-lane access. Because the work is already in the school CIP and bond-funded, the likely sales angle is preconstruction planning and campus systems work.
