THE 30-SECOND BRIEF
Update on Federal Transportation grants, including new notice of funding opportunities from the Federal Aviation Administration (for airport towers) and for wildlife crossings. Also mentions a $756 million grant award to Texas from the National Railroad Partnership Program.
Inferred: Wildlife crossing projects could be relevant for 361 and Park Road 22 on the island. The railroad grant is relevant due to the port expanding shipping container business operations.
