From the meeting
The Withlacoochee Regional Water Supply Authority reviewed whether to resume retaining grant and coordinating services. The deck says it previously used these services and that some were included in the Executive Director contract in 2019. It outlined ways to scope the work by duration, level of government, and task type, including continuing or special-purpose services.
The work is still being shaped, so the next decision is how broad the coordination scope should be and how it will be procured.
