From the meeting
The Village agenda included a Downtown Historic Preservation District package with an HPC recommendation, map, draft local law, and public hearing notice. The agenda shows the policy work is still being shaped and not yet final. That makes this a live regulatory item with possible downstream planning, design, and compliance work for affected properties.
