From the meeting
The Tree Board said a bid opening will be held for winter pruning work in the city's northern neighborhoods. Bennett Park is included, and hotspot pruning will also occur in other parks as needed. The work was still being bid on, so the next real decision is contractor selection.
Happy Lemon Tree Service is named in the packet as the related service provider.

Acting on pre-RFPs gives SLED and B2G vendors months of lead time to build relationships and shape requirements.
