From the meeting
The township acknowledged a letter from August Mack Environmental regarding a plan approval application to PADEP for an air quality approval at G&S Foods, LLC's property at 293 Blettner Avenue. This is not a township purchase, but it is a live private-sector permitting item that can drive consultant, engineering, and environmental compliance work. The named applicant and environmental firm are the key outside parties to track.
