THE 30-SECOND BRIEF
The Town is amending its Eisenhower Drive multi-use trail TAP grant agreement to accept an additional $135,909.14 in Carbon Reduction Program funds. The total trail construction contract with Highway Landscapers is about $958,837, with work starting July 13, 2026 and finishing mid-September. Trail and transportation vendors can look at complementary needs such as wayfinding, lighting, amenities, or future extensions now that extra funding reduces the Town’s share.
WisDOT project ID 4656-09-00/70; TAP grant covers 80% of construction up to $643,640.80 plus $135,909.14 CRP; Town covers remaining match and non-participating costs.
