From the meeting
The Town Historian reported an opportunity to use New York Genealogical and Biographical Society digitization equipment at Elting Library to digitize some of Lloyd's historic records at no cost to the town. The historian said they were working with NYG&B and Carol Johnson to decide which records to digitize and to secure legal permissions. The item was informational and still being worked out.

Questions about this project
What is a pre-RFP?
A pre-RFP is an early indicator that a government agency is planning a purchase — a project discussed in a board meeting, a budget line item, a new hire, or a grant award — captured before a formal RFP or bid is published. Acting on pre-RFPs gives SLED and B2G vendors months of lead time to build relationships and shape requirements.
When will Town of Lloyd issue an RFP for this project?
Pre-RFPs typically surface 6–18 months before a formal solicitation is published. Civic IQ tracks Town of Lloyd's meeting records, agendas, and budgets continuously and updates this pre-RFP as the project moves through the buying cycle toward an RFP.
How can vendors engage with Town of Lloyd before the RFP is published?
