From the meeting
The strategic review repeatedly flagged AI literacy, digital fluency, and technology-enabled work environments as important to academic excellence and career preparation. It tied those themes to workforce expectations, instructional models, faculty development, and student preparation. The university is still in planning mode, but the report shows a live need for curriculum design, training, and related educational support services as the strategic plan is refined.
Any next step would likely sit in the academic planning process rather than a formal procurement.
