From the meeting
5 FTE unfilled positions, including 1 building maintenance mechanic and 2 labor relations specialists in the note on other unfilled roles. It also showed persistent openings in instructional support, including teacher aide and teaching assistant positions. This is a staffing pressure signal, not a procurement award, but it can point to recruiting, staffing vendor, or outsourced support needs already affecting operations.
