From the meeting
The Redevelopment Authority's Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) sidewalk project has a PennDOT HOP permit expected for the 2024 CDBG Sidewalk project. The agenda says the project will not be bid until around February 2027 so construction can happen in early spring. This is a clear pre-RFP signal for sidewalk and permit-related work.
