From the meeting
The plan says all entrances are locked, visitors are scanned into the Raptor system, and cameras monitor the buildings daily. It also states that the assistant superintendent for personnel and the director of facilities and operations can lock down all inside and outside doors through the district security system. The buying decision appears already made, and the useful signal is ongoing security-system administration and support.
