From the meeting
The October 2026 SWPPP for 75 Millertown Road documented a construction activity under NYSDEC SPDES General Permit GP-0-25-001. The project included a two-lot subdivision, a new five-bedroom dwelling, driveway improvements, and post-construction stormwater controls using Cultec infiltration units, drain inlets with sumps, and an underground infiltration system. The eNOI showed a 12/01/2026 start date and 12/01/2027 end date, with Bedford Planning Board subdivision approval and Westchester County Health Department approval still pending.
The report also referenced the Town of Bedford and Town of Pound Ridge stormwater codes.

Acting on pre-RFPs gives SLED and B2G vendors months of lead time to build relationships and shape requirements.
