From the meeting
The November 2, 2026 draft agenda included the Brockport Arts Festival event application and a separate discussion of an MOU. The application described a large festival on Main Street, Monroe Avenue, College Street, and Sagawa Park with DPW support requested. The packet excerpt did not show final board action on the application itself.
This remains a live event-logistics lead tied to a major 2027 community event.
