From the meeting
The Massachusetts Department of Conservation and Recreation filed a Notice of Intent for resurfacing and walkway maintenance at 20 Scusset Beach Rd. This is a specific public works maintenance project, but the notice does not show a procurement yet. It still gives a vendor a concrete scope to watch for if the work later becomes bid or contracted.
