From the meeting
The Housing Authority authorized submission of a Section 18 disposition application to HUD on May 14, 2026. That filing is tied to the authority's repositioning work, including carports, a maintenance garage, and an empty lot that was not included in the PIC. The source shows an active federal process that could shape future capital work and site changes.

Acting on pre-RFPs gives SLED and B2G vendors months of lead time to build relationships and shape requirements.
