From the meeting
The highway department started a drainage project on Old Mill Road and also re-shaped a ditch from a new water service. The report does not identify funding or a contractor, but it does show a live roadway drainage need tied to utility work and winter prep. That makes it a useful early signal for grading, culvert, or drainage-material follow-up.
