From the meeting
The district described a Mentor Teacher Program that supports 0-3 year teachers and said all new hires with 0-3 years of experience are included. It also mentioned in-house Reading Academy, future Math Academy planning, and HR-supported contract addendums for alternative certification teachers. This points to ongoing professional development and onboarding needs, with a vendor or training partner angle still being shaped.
