From the meeting
The District Board of Trustees of Valencia College was asked to approve an amendment to the Educational Plant Survey to include the West Campus Building 4 Science Labs project. The report says the College had identified a need to build a Nursing Simulation Center on West Campus in the Health Sciences Building, which would displace current science labs that can be accommodated in Building 4. The survey covers July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2028, and this amendment was recommended for approval on October 29, 2026.
