From the meeting
The council scheduled approval to advertise construction for the Mineral Hill Park Trail Improvement Project. The work is tied to an LSA grant already awarded to the Planning Department, and the agenda shows only a $200 central purchasing budget item for advertising. This is an early procurement signal with a near-term bid opportunity once the solicitation is issued.
