From the meeting
The council scheduled a utility permit for Stone Hill Drive at 231 Stone Hill Drive with Golden West. The item appears to be a utility connection or corridor permit rather than a completed action, so the decision was still pending on October 5, 2026. This points to a small but real utility coordination need tied to a named site and utility company.
