From the meeting
The council scheduled a second administrative services award tied to the City's 2028 Texas Community Development Block Grant Program - Community Development Fund (TxCDBG-CD) application and implementation, if awarded. This is another pending grant-administration decision, with the council vote still outstanding. It points to a continuing need for grant writing, compliance, and implementation support around the Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA) program.
