From the meeting
The clerk/treasurer reported that Williamson Law Books is increasing its software fees by 4%. The minutes do not show a new purchase, but they do show an incumbent software cost change that affects the village's current finance and clerk operations. The next conversation is likely about budget impact and whether the village keeps, adjusts, or rebids the service later.
